Count On Me Accountability
©
What would it be like if your organization and your team:
- Made effective requests and commitments the first time, including
- everything that was needed to take effective action?
- Said ‘no’ to requests they knew they couldn’t meet and changed/
- renegotiated the agreement for a new timeframe or action that could
- be accomplished?
- Confronted difficult issues and discussed mistakes quickly- that
managers and others will have a conversation as soon as the issue is
recognized?
- Took 100% responsibility for their work– “see it, know it, take action”?
- Avoided the “I’ll try” trap?
